This innovative and highly interactive course teaches the basics of ergonomics, an overview of risks associated with musculoskeletal disorders and solutions to help alleviate discomfort. Available to the participant for one year, it can be completed at the worker’s own pace with the ability to start/stop and resume the course at any time. The course runs off the Internet and does not require any additional software or downloading plug-ins.
